----- General -----

・I reserve the right to decline any commission.
・This is NOT a FCFS, I will select characters based on personal interest.
・You CANNOT commission character you didn't own or without consent of the owner.
・Fanart is negotiable.
・You CANNOT use any of the commission or artworks for NFT, AI art nor AI generation.
・No glorification of terrorism, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or brand, especially communities of minorities.
・ No sexualized depiction of minors or underage characters (under 18).
・Please let me know if your commission has to be remain PRIVATE, in which will incur additional NDA fee.
・Commercial use must be disclosed beforehand.

-----Payment-----

・Payments will be made through Paypal invoice USD.
・Full payment is required before start.
・Payment should be made in 48 hours after the payment info email, or else commission will be consider to be cancelled.
・ I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress stage.
・If you need to cancel your commission, you’ll get a full refund if the commission has NOT been started. Client will receive a partial refund depends on the progress stage has been made.
None will be given back once the artwork is complete.

-----Progress and Delivery-----

・It may take from 1 week to 3 months to complete, depending on factors like health, work or college issues.
・Client will be notified if an issue arises.
・Please let me know beforehand if you have any deadlines, it may have to be added a rush fee dependent on date.
・WIP will NOT be actively given unless there is a question from the artist or the client asked for beforehand.
・NO WIP and NO revisions will be provide for skeb-like and YCH commission.
・Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in the progress of the work without the client's input.
・Client will receive a drive link to the full sized png via email upon finishing and will be posted on the artist's twitter with the client's credit.

-----Communication-----

・All commissions will be communicate via email. Artist will not provide other platform or social media such as twitter DM or discord.
・Clients will be contacted via email if the artist has any questions regarding the commission details.
・All request email will be reply within a week, if had not given a certain reply date in the commission post.
・Please do NOT send multiple follow ups or comment under other social media post to ask if the artist has seen the email.

-----Rights and usage-----

- The Artist holds the full rights to the work, which means the artist is able to
・Publishing the artwork on any platform.
・Using the artwork as sample or portfolio.
・If you want your commission to remain private, please let me know beforehand, but this will also incur additional fees.- The Client holds the rights of the character and it’s design and the client is allow to
・Crop or edit the artwork for use of icons, banners etc. as long as the original artwork is not edited.
・Pose the artwork on social media.
・Credit must be provided.NOT allow to
・Use in AI art nor AI generation.
・Claiming the creation was done by yourself or others.
・Removing the watermarks without permissions.Any and all work for VTubers/streamers/YouTubers pertaining to their entertainment persona will automatically incur a commercial fee.
> Commercial use is defined as but not limited to:
・Stream/Video Assets or Thumbnails
・Info graphic use (e.g.Stream schedules)
・Merchandise and Prints
・Self promotion
・Anything you intend to use for generate revenue or push your brand
・Ask for info if you’re not sure
You may purchase commercial rights from the artist (min starting at 100USD). Price will vary depending on the intended use.
